I’m Abbie, the owner and founder of Skin Envy Colchester. I have a degree in nursing and I’m qualified mental health nurse. Skin Envy began when I felt that there needed to be a service that provided results driven facial treatments that also felt luxurious and relaxing. I believed that there were a large amount of people not having their skin care needs fully met with their only options being a spa or doctors office. I felt confident that a mental health nurses approach to the skincare industry would be ideal. I wanted to provide a luxury bespoke service where you feel it’s a perfect blend between a medical yet relaxing approach whilst it being extremely friendly and empowering. You get it all at Skin Envy. My before and after photos alongside several positive client reviews, show this approach works. 

 

In 2023 Skin Envy expanded from a home salon to its own premises on a private working farm. This is the perfect retreat for all your skin and wellbeing needs. Along with this expansion came new staff members with their own specialist skills to ensure you are in the safest hands. We provide specialist skin treatments, advanced facials, injectable treatments and relaxing massages.

Honesty - you will receive honest feedback and no hard sells like many skincare and beauty establishments. We can make a variety of skincare recommendations based on your skin and budget needs for you to go away and think about. If we feel a service or treatment is not right for you we will tell you this and not go ahead to ensure your safety. 

 

Quality & Safety - Investing in the best training, equipment and products. We try to keep my prices as low as possible but they do reflect the quality of the equipment used. 

 

Empowerment - We aim for you to feel empowered and confident in your skin and your choice of skin care professional. There is never any need for embarrassment at Skin Envy.
